All algorithmic processing (deduplication, date formatting, whitespace removal, financial or contact normalization) runs directly inside your web browser's local memory. No CSV or Excel file is ever uploaded to or stored on our servers.
2. Zero AI Data Retention or Training (Groq API)
When optional semantic harmonization is enabled, Tidify isolates only anonymous, generic text terms (such as city name variants or department titles). No full rows, personal names, or sensitive records are ever transmitted. Under Groq API's privacy policy, processed data is never used to train AI models.
3. Email Usage & GDPR Compliance
The email address collected when exporting large files (> 1,000 rows) grants you free access to the tool in exchange for subscribing to our newsletter, in strict compliance with GDPR:

- Non-Sale Commitment: Tidify formally commits to never selling, renting, trading, or transferring your email address to third parties or data brokers. Your contact details are used exclusively for official Tidify communications and direct partnerships.
- Instant 1-Click Unsubscribe: You retain permanent rights to access, oppose, and delete your data. Every email includes an instant 1-click unsubscribe link.
